Banned LOL Empty Banned LOL

So i get banned right for reading some dumb kid his IP adress and tell him his adress and ZIP CODE and i got banned from the Phantasy Star Universe Server (PSU) for like a month. And i try to call SEGA and i find out they don't have any type of number.
What amazes me is that since it's like a multi million dollar corperation you'd think they have atleast 1 Phone!
