It means your AntiVirus is on. You gotta turn it off:)

kk i got it to come up and download so i can get on it now it says i need a local admin to get it to work

Right click Cain and Abel and click Run As Administrator.

kk now how do i trace ip's?

First of all, your Xbox+CPU need to be connected to the router through an ethernet cable. No open cain and abel. Click sniffer. Right click in the big white box. Scan ALL mac addresses. Now look on the bottom and click apr. Click in the top white box. I Blue Plus sign should light up at the top when you do this. Click the blue plus. Add your static ip address. Now click the button at the top left that looks like a toxic symbol. If anyone connects to you on Xbox Live, their IP addresses will show up.

Paiin ure xbox doesnt have to be connected by ethernet cable for you to get ips i have mine wireless
